Casahipoteca finances turn-key PV-parks (solar energy parks) in Spain and Italy.

The funding of a PV park requires certain skills. The last year Casahipoteca has found funding of 43 million Euro´s in the PV-market in Spain. And with the Credit crisis still roaring out there, it hasn´t become any easier. In order for us to start working on the financing of your PV-park, there are a number of requirements that have to be met.

We only deal directly with the owner of the Photo Voltaic Park
All paperwork must be in order
Parks are completely checked by our panel of solicitors
The minimum funding is 1 million Euros
The funding fee is 5% up to 10 million, 3% from 10 to 25 million, and 1% for 25 million euros onward.
An upfront, non refundable fee of € 12,500.00 needs to be paid before we start to study a file.
